To pay on invoice: place your order through our website and select Bank Deposit at checkout. We'll review your order and follow up if we need a purchase order number.
Most educational organisations are approved quickly.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $14.95 across Australia. Orders over $250 have FREE postage.
Orders of in-stock items are shipped from Melbourne within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location:

- Regional Victoria: 4 days
- Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide: 2–4 days
- Brisbane, Tasmania: 3–5 days
- Perth, Darwin: 5–8 days
