Yes! We work with early learning centres, kindergartens, schools, and other approved organisations across Australia who prefer to pay on invoice.

Here’s how it works:

1. Place your order through our website as usual
2. At checkout, select Bank Deposit as your payment method
3. Submit your order — we’ll review it and be in touch if we need anything else (like a purchase order)

If you’ve ordered with us before, or you’re a government-funded organisation submitting an official purchase order, your order will usually be approved quickly.

Absolutely! All books available on our website are brand new and not second-hand, ensuring you receive quality products at unbeatable prices.

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 across Australia.

Orders of in-stock items are shipped from Melbourne within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location:

• Melbourne Metro: 3 days
• Regional Victoria: 4 days
• Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide: 2–4 days
• Brisbane, Tasmania: 3–5 days
• Perth, Darwin: 5–8 days

Please note these are estimates; actual delivery times may vary. During peak periods, please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched and delivered.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification with an Australia Post Tracking Number. Use this number on the Australia Post website to track your parcel’s status.
